I lead Product Design and UX at Papa Johns. I joined as Design System Language Manager and built The Ingredients, the company's first enterprise design system, covering foundations, components, documentation, accessibility standards, and the governance model that finally got Product, Design, and Engineering working from the same source of truth.
As Head of Product Design today, I own strategy and execution across Web, iOS, Android, and AI-powered ordering. My work spans ordering, checkout, loyalty, personalization, and authentication, through to AI initiatives including Papa Call and Lou AI.
Before Papa Johns I worked across NBA, IHG, Fiserv, Cox, Delta, Coca-Cola, The Home Depot, Samsung, and Manheim through Slalom. My background in visual design, motion graphics, video production, and animation shows up in the executive presentations and product vision work that moves organizations.
