I built Papa Johns’ shared design language across web, iOS, and Android, then helped designers and developers use it in real product work.
The problem
Create one system that could support three platforms, move quickly enough for product delivery, and still hold up under accessibility and implementation constraints.
What I did
Foundations, tokens, responsive rules, components, documentation, accessibility guidance, designer and developer enablement, design reviews and governance.
Evidence / status
The initial library was completed in under a year and became the shared system used to support product work across web, iOS and Android.
