Create consistency across a broad banking ecosystem without flattening the differences between products, cores, workflows and customer needs.
What I did
Led APEX across 14 products, guided 22 contributing designers, managed four direct reports and worked hands-on on banking and next-generation teller experiences.
Evidence / status
Across six of the 14 products measured, development cost was reported to decrease by 18% after adoption of the shared system.
